Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MSB Schools platform, including the MSB Schools dashboard, MSB Parents app, MSB Drivers app, and related services provided by MSB Mobility ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
MSB Schools is a school transport governance platform that provides real-time fleet tracking, verified student attendance, capacity monitoring, automated reporting, and controlled parent communication. The platform is offered in four tiers of responsibility, each with distinct capabilities and pricing.
3. Subscription and Billing
Services are billed per active bus on a 10-month cycle aligned with the Moroccan school calendar (September–June). A one-time deployment fee covers hardware, route mapping, configuration, training, and launch support. The minimum commitment is one school year. No deployment fee applies on renewal — only the monthly subscription continues. Schools paying the full year upfront receive a 10% discount.
4. Hardware and Equipment
GPS tracking devices installed in vehicles remain the property of MSB Mobility for the duration of the subscription. For Tier 4 subscribers, tablets provided and installed in buses remain MSB Mobility property. Schools are responsible for preventing intentional damage to or tampering with installed equipment.
5. Data Ownership
Schools retain ownership of their operational data. MSB Mobility acts as a data processor on behalf of the school. Upon subscription termination, schools may request a full data export within 30 days. After this period, data is deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of managing school transport operations. You agree not to: share login credentials with unauthorized parties; attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform; use the platform to track individuals outside of authorized school transport operations; or misrepresent data generated by the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
MSB Mobility provides a technology platform for transport governance. We are not a transport operator and do not assume responsibility for vehicle operation, driver conduct, or road safety. The platform provides data and tools to support operational decisions, but the subscribing school retains full operational responsibility for its transport services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current school year with 30 days written notice. Early termination by the school does not entitle a refund of deployment fees or pre-paid subscription amounts. MSB Mobility reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after 30 days of overdue invoices.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca.
