2. Intellectual property
The structure of the Site, its texts, illustrations, logos and trademarks, including MSB Mobility and MSB School, belong to Venture Cowork SARL or its partners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes an infringement under Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights and Law No. 17-97 on the protection of industrial property.
Short extracts of blog articles may be quoted, provided that the source is credited with a link to the article.
3. Published information
The information on the Site is provided for general purposes. Prices and plan contents apply on the date they are viewed; only those stated in the proforma invoice or the commercial proposal issued to the school are binding. Blog articles do not constitute legal or regulatory advice.
The Site may link to third-party websites, over which Venture Cowork SARL has no control and for which it accepts no responsibility.
4. Personal data and cookies
The Site sets no cookies and includes no audience measurement or advertising tools. The processing of personal data carried out by MSB is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Terms applicable to the platform
Use of the MSB School platform is governed by the Terms of Service and, for data processed on behalf of schools, by the Data Processing Addendum.
6. Governing law
This notice is governed by Moroccan law.
