Pricing is per bus, excluding VAT, billed over the 10 months of the school year (September–June): from 290 to 800 MAD excl. VAT per bus per month depending on the level of responsibility — about 12 to 32 MAD incl. VAT per child carried per month. The setup fee — 1,200 MAD excl. VAT per bus — is paid on signature and covers the GPS tracker, route recording, configuration, training and launch support. Since schools cannot recover VAT, we show the VAT-inclusive amounts too. No hidden costs.
Yes, and most schools do. Automated Operations comes to about 18 MAD incl. VAT per child carried per month. A 20 MAD "tracking & safety" line added to the transport fee covers the subscription — and MSB's Fees module bills it to the families with the transport. Absolutely. Whether you own your fleet, subcontract entirely, or run a hybrid model — MSB School adapts. The school always leads; subcontracted operators are onboarded under your authority. This is especially valuable for schools with limited visibility over external operators.
Every journey is documented with timestamped data. You have complete traceability: positions, stops, attendance, speed. You present facts instead of justifying assumptions. The incident becomes a controlled process, not a reputation crisis.
Most schools are fully operational within 10 to 15 days. We handle everything: route mapping, GPS installation, system configuration, driver training (20 minutes on-site), admin walkthroughs, and parent onboarding via WhatsApp. Your team focuses on running the school.
Parent onboarding is WhatsApp-based — zero app store friction. Parents receive a link, tap it, and they are in. The app works in French, Arabic, and English.
The minimum commitment is one school year (10 months). Invoices are issued in advance — every month, every term, or for the whole year at 10 % off; the first one goes out on 1 October, for September and October. An invoice still unpaid on the 1st of the following month suspends the service until it is settled. The setup fee is paid once, on signature: nothing more on renewal.
The driver app is built for simplicity — Darija-friendly, minimal steps, 20-minute training. Drivers benefit too: clear instructions and protection from false blame through timestamped data. For schools on Tier 4, the app runs in kiosk mode on provided tablets — no driver interaction needed.
